Our Plan for Growth
Here at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish we are blessed with a legacy of faith. As we envision the future together, we will be partnering with the team at the Catholic Leadership Institute over the next four years to grow into a Next Generation Parish. is experience provides our community with a process to assess our greatest opportunities and strengths, develop a plan to move into the future, and cultivate a deeper missionary spirit within the community. The Next Generation Parish experience takes approximately four years to come to fruition. During this time, di erent groups will be active at di erent times. Please prayerfully consider if God is calling you to serve one or more committee throughout this process

Here at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish we have more than 15 ministries serving our 2,700 families and our 6,500 parishioners. We plan to reach out to our young people. We hope to reach out to our families. We hope to reach out to the sick, homebound and hungry. We hope to work more closely with our brothers and sisters from other faith traditions. We want to get to know you and we want you to know that we love you and we want to serve you in Love.

Next Generation Parish is a 4-year experience that transforms the future of the Church through innovative, dynamic accompaniment that helps parishes meet the challenges of our time through visionary models that foster spiritual maturity, share leadership, o er a vibrant Sunday experience, and embrace a missionary impulse.
