This men's group provides an outlet for the spiritual, service, and social dimensions of the parish. Its members participate in the life of the church through projects and ministries of the parish, and provide spiritual and fraternal support. One of their annual projects includes the fish fry at St. Alphonsus on Ash Wednesday and the first Friday of Lent. Before the pandemic, this group was meeting on the first Monday of the month at 7 PM in St. Alphonsus' church hall.

Membership in the Holy Name Society used to be reserved only to men, but a few years ago, membership was opened up to women. Therefore, this organization is listed separately on our website. Click here to be directed to their page.
The purpose of CMF is to help bring men into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through friendship, prayer, and fraternity. Their meetings take the form of a monthly "small group." Through study and discussion, they share experiences, inspiration and practical ideas on how to better walk with Jesus in their lives.
The Diocese's CMF website can be found HERE. There is not currently a local chapter of CMF in our grouping. If you'd like to start one, please contact Fr. Harry.
